Global Harmony Committee Sarry Said Shaaban stated that Indonesian citizens (WNI) have an important role in progress

and Global Harmony is one way to celebrate this.
Global Harmony, which was initiated by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Media, was held from November 2 to December 20 2025. In the event, which was part of the Riyadh Season and Saudi Vision 2030 series, there were cultural performances from 14 countries, including Indonesia.
“Suwaidi Park is about bringing together various people who live in Saudi Arabia together and Global Harmony is a joint collaboration between the Ministry of Media and Riyadh Season. Riyadh Season is the biggest parade we have and is currently one of the biggest in the world,” said Sarry.

Sarry also said that the Indonesian community in Riyadh was an important part in realizing the vision of Saudi Vision 2030.
“Having the Indonesian Community as part of Saudi Arabia’s Economic Vision 2030 is very important and crucial. Saudi Arabia and Indonesia are together and have the same heart,” said Sarry.
Sarry without hesitation emphasized that Indonesian people in Riyadh, and Saudi Arabia in general, have an important role in Saudi Arabia’s economic progress.
“We love Indonesian people, we grew up with Indonesian people and they have been with us for a long time. So seeing what happened today, it is proof of the very strong relationship between Saudi Arabians and Indonesians.”
“Another thing, which is also very important for us, we want to thank all Indonesian citizens who helped our economy grow, helped us build our vision, worked together,” said Sarry.
Apart from expressing his thanks, Sarry also hopes that Indonesian people will come to Saudi Arabia to travel and worship.
“I want to see more Indonesians coming from Indonesia. Coming from Jakarta and other cities to visit Saudi Arabia, to perform Umrah, to go to Medina, to come to Riyadh, and discover the beautiful things in this country,” said Sarry.
