, Thursday (11/12), the bus terminal officer explained that the Danish tourist arrived late for the last bus which was scheduled to leave at 18.00 local time.
When told that he had to wait for the next bus at 04.00 in the morning or look for another mode of transportation, the man started screaming and refused to calm down.

Eyewitnesses at the scene suspected the tourist was under the influence of alcohol and frustrated about potentially missing his flight.
Local police who arrived at the location immediately checked the tourist’s travel documents and ensured he entered Thailand legally.To assist with communication, the Trat Tourism Police were then called in to act as translators.
An officer finally managed to calm the angry tourist and took extraordinary action: they contacted the airline to request a postponement of the tourist’s flight schedule until midnight on December 4, 2025.
Officers then escorted the Danish tourist to the Trat Tourism Police Station, where he was allowed to stay overnight.The next day, Wednesday (3/12), the police confirmed that the tourist left using the first bus to Bangkok at 04.00 to continue his journey to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Cases of tourists missing flights that end in chaos are nothing new.Previously, on Thursday (8/8), a woman went berserk and damaged facilities at the airline counter at Chicago O’Hare Airport, USA, because she missed her flight.
Video footage shows the woman sneaking behind the Frontier Airlines check-in desk, attacking and harassing a group of airline employees.He even grabbed one of the workers while demanding that his cellphone be returned.At its peak, the 21 second video ends when he comes out of the counter area while shouting, “Stupid!”to the officer.
The TikTok user who shared the video reported that Chicago Police had to come to the scene and impound the woman’s passport following the rampage.
