“Consuming too much every day for a long period of time is dangerous. So if you want it often, three times a week, it won’t trigger kidney damage,” he added.

On the other hand, petai actually provides benefits for diabetes sufferers if consumed in normal amounts.Its antioxidant and polyphenol content helps the body regulate blood sugar levels.
