Wihaji appealed to fathers to take their children’s report cards to school at the end of the next semester.This appeal is mainly aimed at fathers with school-aged children.
This appeal is contained in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Population and Family Development/Head of BKKBN Number 14 of 2025 concerning the Movement for Fathers to Take Report Cards (GEMAR) which was established in early December.

The first GEMAR activity will take place at SD Negeri Pondok Bambu 11 and SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta on Friday (19/12) tomorrow.
