In the medical world, the position of the uterus can be divided into three, namely anteflexion, anteversion and retroflexion.Anteflexion means the position of the uterus leaning forward, facing the bladder, while anteversion is similar to anteflexion but with a sharper angle.
Then what is called an inverted uterus is a retroflexed position or the uterus tilts backwards.
“The uterus is retroflexed, if there are no complaints, there are no problems during pregnancy. It’s just anatomy, variations in the shape of the angle of the uterus,” said Boy when contacted by goldensamoyedIndonesia.com, Tuesday (11/11).
