Here are a number of simple habits that you can do every day to make your brain healthier and smarter.
1. Consistent bed and wake times

Adults who have more consistent sleep-wake rhythms and circadian activity are associated with better associative memory.
2. Take a morning walk or exercise

3. Maintain body fluids
