If Officers Find Missing Items
It is possible that passengers are not aware that their items are lost or left behind.When officers find or receive a report of missing items, the items will be immediately informed via loudspeakers at the station.
However, if the owner does not arrive, the item will be secured at the station security post and recorded in the system

How to Report Lost Items at KAI
If a passenger realizes that something is missing, don’t immediately panic yourself.Stay calm and follow the following guidelines for reporting lost items at KAI.
– Report to the officer.When you realize your item is missing, immediately report this to the nearest officer, either on the train or in the station area.Officers you can ask for help include conductors, security officers, etc
