“AI will probably create better dishes than humans in the future,” said Turkish restaurant co-founder Ahmet Oytun Cakir, as reported by AFP.
This restaurant mostly serves international fusion dishes, then some AI creations are included in the menu

Tartare
is a dish of chopped meat or fish added with spices.
This menu is intended to recreate the taste of the extinct reptile. The restaurant was reluctant to reveal the recipe. It is said that the menu was created based on DNA mapping.
Dinosaur tartare
priced at US$58 or around Rp. 965 thousand. It tastes like a combination of raw meat and is served on a pulsating plate so that the dish seems to ‘breathe’.
“This is a real surprise. It tastes really delicious,” said customer Efe Urgunlu.
Even though they ’employ’ AI chefs, restaurants still have real chefs.Chef Sehat Karanfil oversees the cooking process and final serving. He admitted that he did not always agree with Chef Aiman’s choices.

“If I taste it, for example, and it’s too spicy, I’ll talk again to chef Aiman. After discussion, we’ll find the right balance,” he says.
The restaurant’s innovation has indeed drawn admiration. But apparently not everyone in Dubai’s culinary world sees this as a positive thing.
Chef Mohamad Orfali, a chef from Syria, believes that “there is no such thing as an AI chef”.For the owner of the Orfali Bros restaurant, cooking requires “breath” or soul.
“Artificial intelligence has no feelings and no memory; in short, it has no breath… It cannot infuse them into food,” Orfali said as quoted by
