revealed a list of the dirtiest cities, based on reading 70,000 Google reviews with the keywords “clean” and “dirty” against a selection of the top 100 cities.
Budapest in Hungary is claimed to be the number one dirtiest city in the world.More than 37.9 percent of reviews rated the city as dirty and poorly maintained.The city’s waste management cannot be kept up with the explosion of tourists coming.

Second place, Rome in Italy received 35.7 percent of reviews highlighting how dirty the Italian capital is.Several tourists also filled in the comments with their assessments saying that Rome was a dirty city.
“I’m visiting Rome (from Ireland) for the third time in 20 years. From what I’ve seen, it’s always dirty,” complained one shocked visitor.
Even though the city of Rome is charming, the rubbish there is an eyesore.This problem is quite serious, there are many photos circulating of rubbish piled up in corners of the city.
“Rome is a truly beautiful city, but its rubbish problem is absolutely disgusting,” commented another.
Italy even has four cities on the list of the 10 dirtiest cities in the world.Even though this country is in great demand by tourists, the fact is that hygiene management in Italy is questionable.
